Staff Rules
-----
- No Abusive Or Foul Language
- No Disrespect Towards Players
- No Warping Players Without Any Reason. (AFK, Hacking, etc - that's accepted)
- No AFK Checks With Other Characters Than Staff Characters.
- No PK-ing, Training, Partying Other Players, Looting With Edited Characters.
Any Staff Member that breaks these rules can end up temporary or permanently suspended from the Staff position, depending on the gravity of the infraction.

Forum Rules
-----
- No Abusive Or Foul Language
- No Spam
- No Advertising
- Please post in the proper section of the forum. If you're unsure where to post, post in General Discussion.
- Use search before asking questions that may already be answered.
- No Discussion Of Hacks
- English language is required for all posts except for those in Guilds Section and Non-English Sections. Any player that breaks any of the Forum Rules can end up being banned on the Forum and in game plus IP ban, depending on the gravity of the infraction.

Game Rules
-----
- Golden Rule: NEVER Ever Give Anyone Else Your Login Info (User and Pass)... Never!
The moment you gave someone your login info (user and pass) you gave him every Item, Zen, TC belonging to that account, including the account itself. So if you share your login info with anyone don't come crying that your items are gone or TC is gone or that your account email and pass were changed.
- Twilight STAFF does not recommend that you sell/trade your account. If you do such a thing then you are on your own. We advise everyone to keep their accounts to themselves and not to trade them with other players.
- Twilight policy on lost items: We will never give back any lost items no matter what the cause of the loss is.
- Players will NOT attack staff characters under any circumstances.
- No spamming with abusive or foul language.
- No advertising.
- No AFK-ing (on the non-VIP servers)
- No cheating, use of 3rd party programs, hacks, etc.
- No account or items selling for real money. (Punishment by account and IP ban)
- No discussion of hacks or links to hacks websites.
- No harassment towards other players.
- No posing as a Staff Member.
- No asking STAFF for items.
- Do not ask for ANY favours.
- Do not train or stand in stadium gates (where mobs can't hit you).
- The personal store description will not be used for advertising purposes.
- Do not use ADS command (/post) in game for anything else but trading ADS.
- No account selling allowed. Except if you sell it for TC, but even for TC we don't advise it. Any breach of this rule will result in permanent IP + Acc ban.
Note: GMs will not be able to do player favours unless it is to fix an issue with the character or other reasons related to a problem, of course.

IRC Rules
-----
- No spamming.
- No discussion of hacks.
- No disrespect to anyone, especially a Staff Member.
- No swearing.
- No violence.
- No links to other servers or sites that contain MU content.
- NO PORN LINKS WHATSOEVER!
- It is preferred that you use your in game nicks.
- Do not ask when the server will be up or u will be kicked from irc. any further will be a ban
- No caps abuse.

Punishments
-----

- Players caught using cheats, or any 3rd. party programs, such as hacks, etc, will get ZERO TOLERANCE and therefore, a result of immediately banning and acc deletion after proving the player was using them.
- If someone it's caught pretending being a staff member, this will cause a account ban until the staff decides when to remove the ban.
- Players that are reported as scammers will be inspected and will be punished depending on the scam they did.
- Players caught with illegal items such as rings/pedants +11 , duped items or items with all opt. will get banned, unless these last ones were gifts from the staff for helping them or as rewards of special events.

Donation Rules and Terms of Service

- Any donation made is non-refundable. We do not refund any kind of donation.
- All items, accounts, characters, zen, etc on this server is the propriety of Twilight MU and will not be sold for real money. By doing that you break our Terms of Service and will result in permanent account and IP banning.
- TC along with other Rewards from the Rewards List are nothing more than "Rewards" that people get for their Donations. You do not buy anything from Twilight MU, we give Rewards to you as a "Thank You" for helping out the Server financially.
- If you have donated once or 100 times, it doesn't matter, you are still equal with any other player who hasn't donated at all. This being said we have the fallowing:
* Donors don't have more importance in what they say than other players. Everyone's words have same weight to us and we don't look if you donated or not before we listen to what you have to say.
* Donors can get banned just as easy as any player if they break the Rules. So nobody has a special treatment here just because they donated.
* Donors can't make special demands by putting forward the fact they donated. If you donated then that's great but it doesn't give you the right to demand changes of the server as you wish.
- If for any reason a Donor gets banned, all TC and reward (and non-reward) items in his account(s) will be blocked along with the account. And will not be returned to him under any circumstances.
- As we had one case before of fraudulent donations, I must specify this here. If anyone will donate with stolen Credit Cards they will be caught and will go to jail for real. All transactions have Dates and IPs being logged and once the Credit Card is reported stolen and our PayPal tells us that, we will supply them with the needed information for them to give to the police so they can do their jobs.
- Donations are being used to pay for the dedicated servers holding up Twilight MU, for the domain names, for the web hosting holding up the direct client download link, for the vBulletin license and for all other extra expenses that Twilight MU has each month.


By playing Alfonso MU you agree and accept the above Rules and Terms of Service.
If you do not agree and accept any or more of these Rules just don't play our server.
