[GUIDE] How To Make A Lost Report

[b][center]1. Turn on system message (press F2, if you're only viewing whisper channel)

2. you will need SS of the item's options. if there's more than 1 item lost, you need the SS of all of those item's options

3. Depending on how you lost your item, do the following:

Removing YO/Combining Items/Putting SS etc.
a. you'll need SS of the item in the machine's screen
b. you'll need SS of the DC message

Lost Item from Store
a. you'll need SS of your inventory and store before you open the store
b. you'll need SS of the DC message (if you lost it by DC)

trade hacked/scam
a. SS of the trade agreement
b. SS of all the items he traded, including those which he switch out
c. SS of him pressing OK without or anything in his window OR the item that he switched in his window
d. SS of you cancelling trade or pressing OK or the screen immediately after you traded/cancel trade

non-trade scams - you'll not get your item back for this because you "AGREED" to the trade-off
a. SS of him trying to cheat you of your item
b. SS of you agreeing to his cheat

4. SS of character selection screen
5. SS of your all your character's store, inventory and vault (best done with a video)

note: if you can't proof the options of a item, it WILL NOT BE RETURNED, even if the scammer gets banned

note: if you can't show the system message to us, your SS cannot proof itself to be from FMU or in the correct order as it happen
