CM FAIL!!!!

in the chaos machine all else fails, I would like to rise because the rate of 9 chaos 7 failed and I can not create wings.

i got the same problem...i can't create 2nd lvl wings cuz' the CM show 90% but every time fail...i don't know if this is a BUG or the config or...i don't know...but ADM could you put more rate
